The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and ready to offer suggestions or answer any question about tea you may have. It's a great place to go read (or write) a book by yourself or to relax with your friends over tea. The service can slow down if it gets crowded, but if you're in a rush they do offer a "tea to go" option.December 19, 2016
